Guides / Direct Messaging Sales
Micro-Business Guide • Saudi Arabia

Selling through direct messages works better when the customer can understand the offer quickly.

The commercial problem is usually not the messaging tool. It is unclear offer wording, confusing price presentation and inconsistent follow-up. This guide is intentionally platform-neutral.

Your offer should answer five questions

  • What exactly are you selling?
  • Who is it for?
  • What does the customer receive?
  • What does it cost?
  • What should the customer do next?

Build the conversation

  • Opening message: identify the need.
  • Qualification: ask only what affects fit, price or timing.
  • Offer: make scope and price easy to scan.
  • Follow-up: one useful reminder, not repeated spam.
  • Close: confirm the next action and fulfillment expectations.

Do not confuse message volume with sales quality.

A clearer offer and a disciplined follow-up process can reduce lost conversations without tying the business to any specific external platform.
